My name is Dilek and it is from the Turkish language, it means "desire". It also means that I will teach you how to make your wish of losing weight come true.

I am 40 years old, married, and a mother of 4 children: 18, 17, 13 and 11 years old (three boys and a beautiful girl).
We all live in New Jersey, USA.

What makes my program stand out from million others?
First and foremost, it is not a marathon, where you are simply given a set of regular menus and workout videos to follow.
This program includes a daily supervision: I check and correct your food intake every day!
I know exactly what you ate on Thursday.
I know exactly when your weight stuck.
I know exactly what physical activity you performed last Tuesday.
Unlike many other marathons that you might have attended, I personally monitor every one of you.
I know everything : your weight loss related problems, your mood, your habits (including naughty ones).
I don’t need you to blindly follow a regular menu, which many bloggers usually provide. There are thousands of these types of menus online, copying and pasting them is the easiest route. Let me tell you more, whenever someone promises you a “personal menu”, it means it will be taken from a general nutrition program, and it will be as regular ,as any other menu consisting of 1200-1400 calories.
My ultimate goal is to teach you how to cook using ingredients from your own fridge, understand which ingredients go well together, what can be consumed at which time of the day and in which order.
After a month of close cooperation, my clients clearly understand what a balanced diet is, and their lifestyle changes FOREVER!
You don’t need to keep track of calories or weigh your food. There is no need to humiliate yourselves or undertake mathematical calculations before eating a plate of food.
I will not force on you any dietary supplements, pills, powders or detox!
I do not sell anything, instead, I share my knowledge and experience based on many years of daily practice with multiple clients from around the world.
