About The Coach

I’m Dilek Umarova, a mother of four,
a certified coach with international recognition and over 13 years of experience.
I live in New Jersey, USA, and help women around the world lose weight without diets or starvation.
My system was used as the foundation for a national healthy eating law in Uzbekistan.
I hold a law degree from the Tashkent State University of Law and am a licensed attorney, certified by the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan. I am also a certified and diploma-holding nutritionist with international recognition.
My education includes:
Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM, USA),
Certified Nutritionist (ISSA, USA),
Professional Weight Loss Course (The Health Sciences Academy, UK),
MBA in Nutrition and Weight Management (Prague, Czech Republic),
Diploma from the Dietology School (Moscow),
and membership in the Russian Association of Dietitians.
Additionally, I have completed advanced coursework at:
Stanford University (Food and Health),
Harvard Medical School (Lifestyle Medicine: Nutrition and Metabolic Syndrome),
and Tomsk State University (Molecular Nutrition and Genetics).
I am currently finalizing my certification as a Personal Trainer to complement nutrition with a structured, body-positive approach to movement and fitness.
