About Me

My name is Dilek Umarova, and I’ve been living in the beautiful state of New Jersey, USA, for over 20 years. I’m 42 years old — a wife and a proud mom of four wonderful kids: 20, 19, 15, and 13.
Life is full — family, children, work, everyday responsibilities. But even with all that (and four pregnancies!), I managed to bring my body back into shape.
Today, my waistline is slimmer than many women who haven’t even given birth — not because of genetics, but because of mindful, consistent work on myself.
I deeply understand what it feels like to want your body to feel like you again — lighter, stronger, freer.
I’ve lived that journey myself — not just as a coach, but as a woman. And now, I’m here to walk it with you — with care, support, and no judgment.
My Professional Background
Before becoming a nutritionist, I began my professional journey in law. I graduated from the Tashkent State University of Law, and in 2003, I was officially licensed as an attorney by the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan.
This legal background shaped my character: it taught me discipline, structure, and the importance of working with integrity.
Later, I brought those same values into the world of nutrition — with a strong foundation and a scientific, responsible approach.

Public Recognition
My original “Balanced Plate” concept became the foundation for a national healthy eating law in Uzbekistan.
Today, restaurants across the country are required to offer a meal based on my balanced nutrition model — a real and effective step toward disease prevention at the national level.
I was also invited to appear on national television as part of a public health initiative organized by the Agency for Strategic Reforms under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
There, I shared practical, approachable guidance on how to build healthy eating habits, lose weight with joy, and take care of yourself — without strict diets or restrictions.
This experience was especially meaningful to me: my ideas were heard and supported at the national level, and I had the opportunity to contribute to the health and well-being of thousands of people.
My Approach
I don’t run mass challenges or diet trends. I work personally, one-on-one, with each woman I support.
I get to know your lifestyle, your struggles, and your dreams. I’ll encourage you when needed, guide you with honesty, and walk beside you — every step of the way.
My clients often say:
“Even years later, I still follow your principles. You changed how I see food — and myself.”
And that is what truly matters.
